I have only been playing Rifts� and Palladium� for about a year now, but I have some great Ideas for new O.C.C.'s such as the Necroknight. (sounds weird huh but truste me this one is a killer)

I just started to stat him out so it will probably take at leat two months to get the full stats but keep checking back I'll have him up here before you know it!!!!!
